My love and passion for fashion and makeup came from an unexpected dome back in 2010. I stood home from work because I wasn't feeling too well and watched "Keeping Up With The Kardashian's" marathon on E! channel. I instantly fell in love with Kourtney, Kimberly, and Khloe's style. Inspired by their hair, makeup, and fashion taste, I began to look up "Kim Kardashian Makeup" on YouTube, and a whole new world of beautiful women doing remakes of Kim's style, along with other celebrities filled my screen. I spent that entire week looking at YouTube makeup tutorials, I watched so many I thought I had already become a pro LOL.
Now, because I didn't want to be broke all the time, I began thinking about all the clothes I already owned but only wore once. I used to think that I had to buy an entire new outfit for every event. Being on a tight budget opened me up to wearing things more then once. I realized it's not about what you wear, but how you wear it. I found that I could wear just about anything in many different ways, making it a new outfit every time.
It wasn't long before my passion was reflected onto interior home design. Being that I was decorating my own home for the first time, I was able to translate my style into my home decor. It was like building your own master piece and I loved it! I realized styling your home is not that different from styling yourself. You make it your own, and it can be done on a budget.
My goal is to inspire as many people as possible, the way I was inspired. To show that you can stay true to your style, and look amazing and make your home look amazing too all on a budget.
