One Pair, Many Possiblities...

High Waist Jeans: Necessary Clothing (similar)
Crop Top: Urban Outfitters (similar) / Sneakers: Bred 11s Jordan (shop item) / Necklace: Necessary Clothing (similar)

Shameless bathroom selfie lol
Top: H&M (shop item)/ Blazer: H&M (similar) / Necklace: H&M (similar) / Shoes: Rainbow

Leotard: Necessary Clothing (similar) / Necklace: Necessary Clothing (similar)

Necklace: H&M (similar) / Crop Top: Forever21(similar) / Studded Flats: (similar) / Shoulder Bag: (similar) / Watch: Michael Kors (shop item) / Shades: Ray Ban (shop item)

A lot of people do not like wearing an item more than once because they have already been seen in it. The trick is wearing the item a different way, and this is a perfect example of that. I bought these jeans last year in Necessary Clothing and I absolutely love them.
You can wear it with a crop top and sneakers to have that sporty look, a crop top and flats to have that casual look, or with a blazer and heels to have that classy look.
You can save your money by shopping your closet before shopping at any store.
Be creative when putting your outfits together.

Black Smokey Eye

Eye makeup: Givenchy Eye Pencil (shop item)

This eye pencil really made my smokey eye process soooo much easier. I felt that no matter how many tutorials I watched on how to do a black smokey eye, I just couldn't get it right. I always ended up looking like I had a black eye (well, technically I did lol but you know what I mean). You get the perfect smokey eye in just four easy steps.
  1. Apply the Givenchy Eye Pencil all over your eye lid.
  2. Blend the color going into your eye crease using any blending brush
  3. Add your transition color onto the crease of your eye lid (any shade of brown).
  4. Apply your concealer under eyes to have that clean outline, and Voila!
Its just that easy! Hope this helps. :)

Sexy, Young, & Sophisticated

Anyone that knows me knows that I loveeeeee pumps <3. I have a hard time walking in heels although I love them and feel they really put any outfit together. I can wear heels for a picture or two but then want to take them off because my feet start killing me! I found that pumps take away inches from your heel because of the platform it has in the front. So I can look fabulous and not have that aching feeling on my feet after just half an hour. AMAZINGGGG! ^.^

Shoes: Shi (shop item)

Above are two different ways I wore one of my favorite pair of Shi pumps. The look to the left is a great outfit for a night out. The leather skirt from Papaya (similar) paired with the crop top from Forever21 (similar) really gives that sexy, young, sophisticated look. I completed my outfit with my royal blue pumps to really make it stand out (this outfit would have also looked great with a pair of bright red pumps). Keeping my accessories to a minimum, I wore a gold necklace from H&M (similar) and a black wallet with gold studs from Forever21 (similar) to not over power the outfit.

The look to the right is a great outfit for a dinner party or a night out in the city. This outfit also gives that sexy, young, sophisticated look. Having my blazer from H&M (similar) and my Shi pumps be the focal point of my outfit really made a statement. My leotard (similar), high waist pants (similar) and necklace (similar) are all from Necessary Clothing. I completed my look with a black shoulder bag (similar) to tie my accessories together.

It's not always necessary to go shopping for outfits from head to toe for every event. You can wear any item in your closet more than once in many different ways, and in this case, it was my shoes.

Curly Hair Dont Care

I don't curl my hair often but when I do, I get complimented and asked what products I use to make it look so big and healthy. I've tried many products before and they either made my hair too stiff or did not prevent my hair from frizzing. My hair is naturally curly and I wanted to find some products that would keep the natural bounce in my hair, smells great, and prevents frizz. TRESemme does just that!
Here are the steps I take to curl my hair...

  1. Shampoo three time
  2. Condition once
  3. De-tangle hair
  4. Rinse conditioner
  5. Towel dry hair
  6. Apply the Curl Hydration creme throughout hair
  7. Apply a little bit of mouse throughout hair
  8. Apply the Curl Care spray through out hair, and I'm ready to go!
Hope it helps! :)

Good-bye Winter, Hello Spring!

Dress: Forever21 / Shoes: Shi (shop colors) / Watch: Michael Kors (shop item) / Necklace: Gift (similar)

I bought these items sometime last year. When I came across the dress I knew I just had to buy it! The small cut out at the center gave it that edge I was looking for. This is a great outfit to wear for brunch with the girls, or even an early date. I kept my accessories to a minimum because I wanted to keep it simple. Sometimes less is more. ;)
